This is the Bruce Trail just south of Waterdown, Map 9 in your Bruce Trail guide.

Directions

The parking lot is notoriously tiny, so let's carpool. From our meeting point at Yonge and York Mills...

  1. Take Highway 401 west, to Highway 427 south.
  2. Take Highway 427 to the QEW west.
  3. Take the QEW west to Highway 403 west towards Hamilton.
  4. At Exit 78 Waterdown Road, go North.
  5. Drive approximately four kilometers to the parking lot, which is on the left side. The parking lot is just south of a railroad bridge. Waterdown Road becomes Mill Street. The parking lot is 80 Mill St S, Jerseyville, ON L0R 1R0

The hike starts off at Smokey Hollow Waterfall.

Remarks

We are not sure of the length of this one. The hike will take about three and a half hours, plus the lunch break. There are lots of hills. Conditions will be slippery, so you need proper hiking boots with good treads.
